Darian called before he arrived and was very professional. He was able to fix our screen and our sliding glass door. He was done in less than 30 minutes and he did such a great job. I contracted with Lifetime Windows & Siding to add new siding to my home. The experience was great, and I’m very happy with the finished product! Despite weather delays, they were able to complete my job in advance of the deadline I had hoped for. Marty Lutz was the Project Manager, and he went above and beyond to ensure the project went smoothly, including regular communication and almost daily visits to my home. When Marty wasn’t available, another Project Manager, Kevin McBride, stepped in so I always had a point-person. I highly recommend Lifetime Windows & Siding!

Appointed was scheduled for 3:30PM, Darian called and asked if I was available since he was in my area. He showed up in 10 minutes and repaired my screen. Great service outstanding personality.

Our sales person Dan Wells was professional and pressure free. He took the time to answer all our questions, Dan made a stressful decision much easier. Lifetime has a far better priced window than the competition and he gave us time to shop around and make the best decision for our family! Highly recommend if you want a pressure free process.

*UPDATING FROM 1 TO 3 STARS.- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL AN ISSUE FROM CONSULT TO FINAL COMPLETIONSo I knew I had to come on here and update this as Lifetime did make this right for my parents.They finally sent over a crew, who was FANTASTIC! These guys were incredible and knocked out my parents house in 3-4 days I beleive. They were fast, efficient, skilled, and polite!My parents house has never looked better and the transformation was incredible!The funny thing is right after this review below was posted, my parents received a call about having their siding put up within a week or two I believe. Sometimes it just takes a little nudge I guess!----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My parents ordered siding from Lifetime months ago. They were given an estimate and then were told their siding had arrived and given a start date for construction.That date came and went. We called and were told that somehow a portion of their order had disappeared, and ever since that time they have been VERY unresponsive and unprofessional. Ignoring calls and voice mails.It's very sad to have it start so promising and see all these amazing reviews and then get the exact opposite. Especially when I was the one who saw the ad and told them to call.I am super disappointed with this company.

Dan Wells was very responsive and met all of our expectations. He kept us informed the entire project. He helped us make a good decision and was never pushy, everything you would want on a project like this. We will happily use Dan Wells in the future and would recommend him to any of our friends.

We had 16 windows and a french patio door replaced by Lifetime and the whole process, from the first meeting and estimate all the way through the final installation, was great! The sales and office staff were great with communication and responding to messages (special shout out to Rebecca), and the installation crew did an excellent job, despite the difficult measurements and materials in our 132-year-old house. The installers were efficient, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in their work. I was expecting something of a mess when things were finished, but the crew did a great job with cleaning up, so I just have to dust things off and put the furniture back :) Overall, a much easier experience than I was expecting, and a great company to work with. Highly recommended!

Lifetime Windows & Siding replaced the 40 year old siding on our house. The process was seamless, the crew was great and the execution of it all by Marty Lutz, Senior Project Coordinator, was exceptional throughout. The James Hardie siding makes our house look fabulous!
